Phased Films was founded September 1, 2016 by Jamie Chalmers. It was created in the hopes of bringing affordable and quality videos to the Pittsburgh area.

Jamie Chalmers studied Communication: Emerging Technology and Multimedia with a film minor at Slippery Rock University.
